1. Using NonoStack
NonoStack provides access to developer dashboards, local business tools, API features, product previews, billing surfaces, and related suite applications. You agree to use the service lawfully, responsibly, and only for workflows you are authorized to manage.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for the information you provide during registration, for keeping your password secure, and for activity that happens through your account. If you believe your account or API keys have been exposed, update your credentials and contact us as soon as possible.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse NonoStack by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service availability, scraping protected data, bypassing rate limits, uploading malicious files, or using the platform for fraud, spam, abuse, or unlawful activity.
4. API Access and Suite Tools
API keys and console features are provided for legitimate development and business operations. Rate limits, plan limits, verification steps, and access controls may apply. We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect the platform, customers, or service reliability.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription, manual payment review, or usage-based limits. Pricing, plan details, and feature availability may change over time. Payment evidence should only include information needed to verify the transaction.

You keep responsibility for files, data, and content you upload or process through NonoStack. You should not upload confidential, regulated, or third-party material unless you have permission and the feature is appropriate for that use.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep NonoStack useful and reliable, but services may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Preview, beta, and experimental features may contain bugs or change without notice.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
NonoStack is provided as a practical software service and portfolio suite. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, lost profits, or damages caused by misuse, third-party services, or events outside our control.
